We are very excited to announce and open a new fitness space within the facility that is based around functional fitness, the Y Fit Garage. The Y Fit Garage will include 4 Olympic lifting areas, 2 TRX suspension trainers, 2 battle ropes stations, kettle bells, medicine balls, a heavy bag and much more! 236 kids learned the fundamentals of the sport, built new
friendships, gained confidence and had fun during the summer T-Ball/Coach Pitch
season. We also had 26 volunteer coaches give their time to ensure these kids
had a great experience this season. Thank you for helping the Y fulfill

Registration is open through September 1. You can register
at the Y or online at www.casperymca.org. Practices are
held on Mon (K/1st), Tues (2nd/3rd) and Thurs (4th-6th), with games on
Saturdays. Cost is $40 for Y Members or $60 for Nonmembers. A $15 late fee will
apply after September 1.
College Students can take advantage of this special: $60 for

On August 8th the YMCA hosted the 24th Annual Leo Moore Memorial Golf Tournament. The day was a huge success with great golfers, generous sponsors and wonderful Wyoming weather. A record amount of money was raised for the YMCA’s Strong Communities Campaign. Jun 26 2019Summer in the pool is off to a great start! We have over 50 kids in public lessons and we are teaching all 100 kids in the YMCA summer camp important water skills. We're accommodating summer schedules by adding extended open swim hours. Check the website for our summer schedule. As always, we encourage everyone to be safe while they're having fun. · The next session of swim lessons start on April 1st. · During spring break (March 25-29), the YMCA open swim times will be 2pm-6pm and 7pm-7:50pm. There will be no open swim during the water exercise class from 6pm-7pm. · The YMCA has a new water exercise teacher, Coty Aman, and she will
be teaching Monday, Wednesday and (Stephanie's will continue to go on
Tuesdays). The YMCAwill now have an instructor every night of the week
We would like to welcome all the new members who made the
choice to join the Y so far this year! If you see someone who looks like they
may have a question, need help with a piece of equipment or are nervous about
going to a class - stop and introduce yourself, ask if they have a question,
offer them a spot or assistance in the wellness center or invite them to join
you for class! The Y is a great place to connect with new people and make them
feel welcome!
Spring Basketball kicked off Monday, February 25. We
are looking forward to an exciting season of building confidence and learning
teamwork. Shout out to the 22 volunteer coaches helping making Spring
Basketball possible! We appreciate you volunteering your time to invest
in the youth of our community.
Spring Volleyball will be the
next sport offered, and registration begins March 25. The season runs April
29-June 8.
Did you know that you can host your next birthday party at
the Y? We offer both inflatable parties and pool parties. You get
one hour in the pool or inflatables followed by one hour in the party room for
$150 for members or $200 for nonmembers. Interested in booking a party?
